Internship Openings  

We are currently accepting applications for the following internship opportunities. Positions are for students and young professionals interested in expanding their abilities in the establishment of international development and global health programs. Marketing and Social Media 

Duration: 4 Months         Location: Remote     Part Time Position 

  • Lead the maintenance and growth of our official Website, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn accounts. 

  • Develop Monthly Newsletter Emails For Our Donors 

  • Work closely with Executive Director to develop marketing campaigns and creative content, including the frequent correspondence with donors. 

  • Leads the development Oyana International Blog Posts. 

  • Video editing and content creation skills is are a plus

 

The position requires interaction with our partners and research on related global movements.

Programs and Advocacy

Duration: 4 Months             Location: Greater Boston  

Works closely with Executive Director to develop, plan, and execute fundraising campaigns and events. Assist in the development of fundraising sponsorships, research and correspondence with local community programs, and development of our Campus Chapter Program. Develop and edit materials, and act as lead on all correspondence. Work with Marketing and Social Media Intern to promote updates on all programs. Must be Located in the Greater Boston area.

Campus Chapter Development 

  • Assist in the develop the Campus and Community Chapter Program 

  • Aid in the correspondence to potential Campus and Community Chapters 

 

Sponsorship and Fundraising

  • Assist in the research and development of sponsorship and outreach

  • Development and execution of current organization fundraising programs

Film and Photography

Duration: 4 Months            Location: Arusha, Tanzania 

Work closely with Executive Director and Social Media Intern to develop concepts, film, and edit Video Content for Oyana Website and Youtube Channel. Must be able to visit production and distribution sites and independently run all interviews. Responsible for all promotional footage and photography.
